We are inviting you to participate in The 4th International Conference “Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics” (PCI’2012), which will be held on September 12-14, in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Organizers of the conference are Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan Republic, Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics, National Academy of Aviation, Institute of Cybernetics of ANAS, Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, Baku State University, Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Azerbaijan Technical University, “Qafqaz” University, Institute of Applied Mathematics of BSU.
Participation of leading scientists from USA, Russia, Germany, Italy, and other countries is expected.
Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings and will be posted on www.pci2012.science.az.
