Quality movement in Azerbaijan schools: Baku Private Turkish High School experience

In this age in every area of life, mainly on the educational field, maintaining quality and continuous development are a vital and undeniable necessity. Right now at this point, those models are being the crucial objectives while determining the goals of educational institutions. In every part of the world has started the national quality movement at the educational area. Excellence at education means the quality of the school. My objective in this paper is making analyze on quality action at Guleninspired schools (Baku Private Turkish high School Sample) and emphasizing on effective school and effective leader in Azerbaijan. Additionally, it is aimed to search the position of the applicability of this understanding at Azerbaijan schools; suitability of the infrastructure of Azerbaijani schools for this; and to decide students’ success at international criterion. Why is reengineering needed for Azerbaijani educational system? At that context it is being looked for construction, organizational structure, student and parent profile of Baku Private Turkish high school which has chosen as sample school in Baku. What are the expectations of students, families and educational stuff, and are they being met in that school? On which parts are they at quality action, what are being applied, and how is the success gained? How are the relations of the school with external environment? By looking for an answer to all these questions this school in Baku has been analyzed. In this paper, a qualitative analysis, field research, and interview techniques, primary and secondary data have been used in.
